Last Tuesday, April 10th, the North River Commission held a Community Forum on Education. Three speakers – CPS Chief Instruction Officer Jennifer Cheatham, CPS Office of Portfolio Chief of Staff Adam Anderson, and North Park University Education Professor Theodore Zervas – addressed over one-hundred community members and civic leaders. Thankfully the opportunity to become involved has not passed! We invite you to join the North River Commission on May 30th from 7-9pm at Nyvall Hall in North Park University for an Education Visioning Session in which we will work together to set community goals for our school to be met in the next three to five years.
