33rd Ward Community Meeting for 2907 W Irving Park Development

The 33rd Ward will be hosting a public community meeting this Thursday, August 3 at 6 pm via Zoom to discuss the proposed development at 2907 W Irving Park Rd by Full Circle Communities & Visionary Ventures. This will be an opportunity for residents to learn about the proposal from the development team, get a better understanding of why the Irving Park area needs more affordable housing, how challenging it can be to construct affordable housing, and hear from the Department of Planning and Development about updated Equitable Transit Oriented Development ordinance that passed last year. All are welcome to attend, translation will be available.
