Small Business Safety Seminar

The Albany Park Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Portage Park Chamber of Commerce for a Small Business Safety Seminar this Saturday, 11/4/2023, from 9:30am to 11:30am. The guest speakers will include William Townsell, Assistant Director of the Chicago Police Department’s Office of Community Policing, who will speak about how small business owners/managers can protect their stores or buildings from theft, robberies and vandalism during the busy holiday season. There will also be speaker(s) from Community Savings Bank who will discuss check washing, counterfeit bills, wire fraud and Zelle.
Light refreshments will be provided and the Portage Park Chamber of Commerce will provide a small Ziplock bag for each attendee with a KN95 mask and bottle of hand sanitizer.
