Mrs. Garza: APMA Principal

Mrs. Garza is beginning her 3rd year as principal of APMA. Before becoming principal she was the assistant principal for 6 years. She is passionate about celebrating all the different cultures that comprise Albany Park and helping students find their own voice in their community. A lifelong Chicago resident, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter visiting parks and zoos, and gazing at the Chicago skyline.

“I am excited to partner with NRC and FORGE to provide students and families with new experiences and learning opportunities. Students should participate in FORGE so that they can learn a fun new skill and share what they know with others.”
