The Albany Park and Irving Park Special Service Area (SSA #60) is a community development resource for public way beautification and small business support. This year, the SSA #60 wants to highlight even more the diversity of our small business community through the project "The Power of Welcome".
El Área de Servicio Especial de Albany Park e Irving Park (SSA #60) es un recurso de desarrollo comunitario para el embellecimiento de la vía pública y apoyo a los pequeños negocios. Este año, el SS#60 busca resaltar aún más la diversidad en nuestra comunidad de pequeños negocios por medio del proyecto "El Poder de la Bienvenida".
WHAT: Door decals businesses to welcome customers in English and in the business' native language [21 7/8 x 9 inches]. The decal will also promote Albany Park and Irving Park with our signature heart and the line "global roots. local heart", which are used in hashtags and in all marketing materials to create a neighborhood identity.
WHERE: All businesses within the SSA #60. Each street will have its own design with the colors of the banners and street amenities.
COST: Free for businesses that are within the SSA #60.

La etiqueta también promoverá a Albany Park e Irving Park con un corazón y la línea en inglés "raíces globales, corazones locales", las que son usadas en hashtags y materiales de marketing para crear una identidad para nuestros barrios.
