North River Commission works closely with our communities and artists to create public art. This public art gallery celebrate our work together and our communities in Albany Park, North Park and Irving Park. Showing the artistic and positive sides of the community during these difficult times. Public art, done in close collaboration with our communities, helps to support and celebrate one and another.
